N-Tercooler Kit Illegal?

I know its illegal to have a nitrous system hooked up in your car.....but does that also count nitrous intercooler prayers?
I have a dry nitrous kit laying in my garage....and I dont want to inject it...so I thought a N-tercooler kit would be the best bet.

I live in California BTW.

A fogger shoudnt be illegal, but then again I dont know Cali's rules as far as nitrous goes, Id install a fogger instead of putting it through your motor, you have a turbo already, no need to add another engine booster, fogging the intercooler is just as effective, to an extent, and safer too.

I havnt heard of N2O being illegal, but that might be because I dont live in Cali. I figure you could hook it up as the n-tercooler and just build an encloser so they cant see it from just looking in. There is also a an air filter...by NX I think, Ill find it and post it up, but you can spray though that. The N-tercooler isprobably your best bet, its better for those of us who live in warm/hot climates.
