Here is the engine, just want to see if anyone thinks of any reason i should not turbo it.
turbo 4g63 6 bolt block with oil jets
bored .20" over
.20 over 9.0.1 ross forged pistons
1g big 6 bolt conecting rods
clevite tri-metal main & rod bearings
new oil filter housing
ballance shafts eliminated
4g67 42cc 1g big port head (actual compression 10.0.1)
4g67 high lift factory cams
new water pump
new timing belt
Unorthadox racing aluminum underdrive crank pulley
cold air intake
SS Header 4-2-1
2.5" mendrel bent cat-back exhaust with test pipe
turbo coil pack & igniter
75mm throttle body
ported 1g intake manifold
evo 9 mass air sencor
Eprom computer with a custom chip (has 3500 studder box, no lift to shift, mas compensation, 13.0 air fuel ratio, 26 deg timing tunned wth wideband)

I would get rid of the underdrive pulley though. Unless it was balanced with the rotating assembly it will cause unnecessary engine harmonics. Use an OEM balancer.
same here, along with squealing, flopping up and down because it wasnt machined correctly, more squealing, made abnormal vibrations, and did i say more squealing?? But that was a DOA pretty much, i got another one couple days later, it's perfect.
