My Window Keeps Coming Off Track!!!

:thumbdown Whenever my driver side window is slightly down or all the way down, and i shut the door the window comes off track. There is a roller near the rear of the door (opposite of the speaker) on a track where a little rod from the wndow clips in. The problem is the rod comes unclipped fairly easy. I dont know if this is a common problem, or if its just my car. Is their anything I can do to fix this problem?

If you take the door panel off and then the plastic crap there are 1 or 2 bolt(I forgot exactly) that hold the window on track. My guess is they are loose.
