Sorry I originally posted this in the wrong one... I think..
Okay, here's the story. Bought the car back in December. The car had an oil leak. My mechanic did not fix it like he was supposed to. The motor locked up.(Broke a rod) I replaced the motor with a used 4g63. I did a short rebuild. I replaced the head gasket, valve cover gasket, spark plug gasket, half moon gasket, rear main seal, new alternator, new ac compressor pump, exhaust manifold gasket, manifold to turbo gasket, both gaskets on the oil return line from the turbo, and the output shaft seal. The next thing I know the turbo locks up. It would not spin at all. I got a used 14b that had no shaft play and installed it. When I was installing the oil feed line to the turbo I accidentally stripped the port where the banjo fitting goes into the head. I fixed it by using a brass fitting and replacing the line with fuel line. I cranked the car and took it out (maybe a hlaf mile down the road and back). The line didn't hold up to the pressure. I replaced the line with braided line and that stopped the leak. Well the problem I am getting to is...
I took the car out yesterday and it did fine. I took it out this morning, I might of have been gone twenty minutes tops, when the oil light came on. Shortly after that the car started an awkward knock. I pulled over and there was no oil in the car. I put two quarts in and made it back to my house and the car still has no oil in it. I don't think that it is burning oil because I don't see any some, even at high RPM's. I can't see a leak anywhere. So if someone could give me some kind of advice, help, or anything at all I would greatlt appreciate it.
By the way my car is a 1992 Eagle Talon TSI AWD. Thanks
