go man go! i wish you did live like 3k away ,i still cant find one here is alabama that isnt rusted out.....post some more pics of the alt bracket!
i went and found my serpentine belt today. i had to go to autozone 3 times to get the right one. get this, its for a honda! ROFL it turns out i couldnt get the exact right length so i went for the one that was a little loose and ill keep my fingers crossed the tensioner bolt has enough threads left to hold it. all the other belts i couldnt even get them on the pulley they were so short. heres some pics of it installed and some more pics of the bracket and tensioner bolt. i hope these pics help someone to figure out how to mount the alt. relocator as it took me a bit to figure it out.

ok heres my fix for the tensioner bolt being too short. buschur intended this to be run with a remote water pump. it seems like it would be real easy for him to use a .5" longer bolt but we all know how buschur is about his shit :p the double nut basically just lengthens the threads on the block. its way more rigid now. hope this helps anyone who uses it.

Here is another local RWD DSM. This one has a stock engine and uses a mighty max tranny. With as fast as this 77 Colt is with the stock turbo, I cant wait to see this 550 horsepower 73 Colt. Check out the short clip.

i just wiped a tear away........ LOL!

When do you plan on having it done? I can't wait to see the finished project.
BTW-Nice work

You know what I cant figure out? Why Mitsubishi hasnt stuck this engine in a small light RWD before? Talk about a fun car. Hurry and get yours done John, its da $hit.

this is proven with the 3rd and 4th generation eclipses....but yet the evo lives on?

why not keep the eclipse like the evo or previous generations is unknown to me. but this is an amazing project. i just saw it today. cant wait to see it painted!

I think you're gonna be very surprised when you get it all done. The thing is gonna fly. My dad had a 69 Dodge Dart drag car, it weighed 2975lbs with him in it and made 450hp and ran 6.60's in the 1/8th mile which is around 10.30 or so in the 1/4. :thumb:

SICK SICK SICK!! I 've been waiting for weeks.
How did you decide to go inwards with the wheel well? Wouldn't you want to go half in, half out to keep the same offset on the wheels? Or just wider for a better stance? Interested to hear your thoughts.
