Everything looks okay. The only two things that concerns me is the 02 sensor readings. It seems as if its giving a weak signal. How is your gas mileage? The other thing you might want to do is install a 180 thermostat to bring down those coolant temps. You could for the time being offset your coolant so the fans comes on a little earlier.

wheres your front o2? or are you running it for narrowband simulation?
Your isc should be at 30 so you'll have to adjust the base idle set screw. remember that when you adjust it, that it takes a bit for the ecu to adjust and if you disconnect the battery and reset everything it'll adjust a little faster. other than that it looks good to me unless i missed something. get the isc set and recheck everything then take it for a cruise.
I'm running it for narrowband simulation. Its in the front position.
