I was actually a bit surprised when I put them side by side, glad I stopped being lazy

Car has been doing good, no real problems to speak of except for the oem manifold cracking in three spots. It looked "good" (no cracks) when I did the swap but it bit the dust. So the talon got a new FP mani...

When I was brain storming heat shielding; I randomly stumbled upon a post that GSTwithPSI posted that showed a fancy little mani blanket. He gave me a link of where to buy it, heat shielding solved...

It smokes the first couple times on start up, as the information manual states. I'm glad I read that, would have been worried when it started to smoke otherwise.

With all the 100* days I decided to add the AC fan (from my 1g) to the 2g. Required a little trimming but overall not too bad. I thought about a slim fan but I noticed with little mild trimming the ac fan fits decent enough. The blades did not make contact with anything but were within a few mm of the J-pipe so I gave them a little trim too.

Now the next thing on the list is the clutch...

Has some barely worn Bridgestone Potenza RE-11. No complaints, think I might throw them on the Galant as my 1g has evo 9 enkies and I can't change the 2g wheels, like em way too much on there!

Well it's been a while... You know when you go to the junkyard to get a little part so you take your trans am then you find...

Well luckily it fits snugly inside the 4th gen. Plastics are good for the most part with two little areas needing attention. It's the first time I have ever seen a 2gb bumper at the junkyard. Sidestakes were already gone but it still has the hatch with high rise spoiler so I have to go back with my truck. Also scored some oem lug nuts so I can put my evo 9 bbs wheels on the gvr4.
