I'm currently running a 3A Racing muffler that came with the car. It's very deep and not bumblebeeriffic or anything.

For civics, numberous civic owners tend to like skunk2 exhaust. I've never heard complaints from civ owners that have them.

civics sound best with a tru apexi n1 or a tunabe racing medalion. i prefer the mdealion myself. sounds very nice and crisp. no fart cannonish sounds. plus good power gains

i have an arospeed bomb muffler on my car right now. itll be there until im boosting and put in a nicer 3" greddy evo. anyway, this muffler sounds damn nice and i get compliments on it all the time. plus for some reason it makes people think my car is fast when its really not

get that one on ebay..."APEX N1 STYLE MUFFLER ECLIPSE NON TURBO"...my friend just put it on his non turbo and its AMAZING...best sounding exhaust ive ever heard...i was worried cuz it was some cheap ebay thing... THIS THING IS A WORK OF ART....stainless steel with an awesome muffler tip...its identical to the n1 with the slanted muffler and everything...its beautiful...and i will recommend it to anyone.

the n1 muffler is a straight tip not slanted. see the picture below if you dont believe me, it was taken directly from apexi's website

edit--unless of course by slanted you meant the angle of the muffler in which case yea the n1 is slanted.

i got a magnaflow... its alright, sounds like crackling fart cannon when its not warmed up, but after it warms up it sounds good. but its only 2.25 inches, and my whole exaust system will be 2.5, so i will be getting rid of it soon for a apex N1 turbo muffler.

bro your friend has to do some serious research in order to get a civic to sound"good".Thhis is the main reason people that don't drive civics hate them.I got a few at the shop and drove them and their nice and quick cars (when modified right) but they sound like isht.I think the quest of lord of the rings is easier then searching for a muffler that sounds good on a civic :laugh: .no but seriously tell him to be carefull if he likes nice performance sound,if not he's just gonna be labeled another RICER.
