I'm not completely sure what you mean? Your swapping auto to manual, or vice versa? Either way if converting just the block to manual. You need to remove the tourqe converter, flex plate, and auto pilot bushing. Then install manual flywheel, dowl pin, new clutch and pressure plate. That's pretty much it for the block, but there are threads on this to give you further in depth information.

Edit: I reread your post and you need all the auto stuff I said to remove. There are a couple shims I believe. Like I said just look up the threads.
 
If I remember right everything is the same that is obvious like mentioned above, I believe the front motor mount is different. By front I mean the front of the block when looking in the engine bay also known as a roll stop.
