Mounting intercooler

I have a new intercooler that I'm trying to mount without removing the front bumper. I have not attempted to put the bumper cover on over it, but it seems like the intercooler may be too thick to allow my blitz bumper cover to fit correctly. The dimensions are 24"wide x 11"high x 3" deep. Have any of you been able to fit a bumper cover over a front mount this big with your bumper intact, or will I have to remove it?

are you trying to mount the core in front of the bumper or did you cut the bumper to make the core fit behind it?? If you are trying to make the core fit in front of the bumper then add the bumper cover I don't see anyway taht would fit. I took out the bumper for my big greddy and it sits pretty damn close to the bumper cover. With a core that big I would imagine you would NEED to remove the bumper. Oh and my bumper cover is trimmed a good amoutn as well.
