Ok heres the specs...
Size: 18" x 7.5"
Bolt Pattern: 5 on 100, and 5 on 4.5(114.3)
Offset: +45mm
Weight: 22.5 lbs/wheel

Do these fit and what tires should I run with em?

And YES I searched.. could only find a guy asking about 17s..

Yes they will fit fine but personally I like rims with a slightly smaller offset, which pushes the rim further out to give it a more agressive look vs the stock "tucked in" look. I believe the stock offset is 46mm (correct me if Im wrong) but they are on a smaller width rim (think 6.5) so these will be slightly pushed further out. If you look at the older pics in my gallery they are 18 x 7.5 with a 42mm offset, so the rims your talking about would be 3mm further in. To compare my new rims (black ones) are 18 x 8 & have a 40mm offset.

For tires probably run 225/40/18. Thats the max width they recommend for that rim width. I have seen guys run 235/40/18 on that rim but you may run into knuckle clearance issues with the 45mm offset.
