Okay so I already have a vent gauge with a aftermarket boost gauge and an aem air/fuel. But I have a steering column 2x gauge cluster I would like to put into affect, but I'm not going to get just any gauges just to do it. I want them to be useful, and something it would help a lot to have. In addition to boat and air/fuel, what are some of the other probably most important aftermarket gauges to have?

Boost, wideband. Oil pressure gauge is also important. However, its not good to rely on it. Constant checking your oil dipstick, along with your oil light and stock oil pressure gauge could give you an idea and or tell you if something is going on. One gauge that some people take for granted is the volt gauge. It might not seem as important until all of a sudden your car dies on you in the middle of the interstate with traffic going 60+ miles. Get one. To me, a volt gauge is right there with the gasoline gauge. A volt gauge can help you prevent and take immediate action if your voilts are dropping. To me its more of a safety warning light.
