modifying a gsx

hello, i just purchased a 95 gsx completely stock. i was wondering wut i could do to put my quarter mile time in the 13s for the lowest price( which mods and budget around 2 grand) ..

also which is the best turbo for the lowest price ( evo 3 16g, big 16g, 20g, or should i go with the xs engineering kit for 1500)

You already have a thread similar to this, but if you follow the tuning guide youll be fine. Id go, intake, boost gauge, turboback exhaust, boost controller, ic pipes, bov. With the boost at 16 psi, you should see 13s quite easy.

the best turbo for the lowest price IMO is the 14b, which will flow about 100 CFM more than your stock T25, and has successfully gotten people into the low 12's and high 11s i think (albeit with an incredible array of supporting mods)
best way to improve your time though--learn to drive/launch
