So I finally got a logger to help me troubleshoot some problem I have been having. I get a CEL for baro, but do not know what to do about it. Tried 2 different ECUs and 3 MAFS and always get the same code. Cleaned the connectors as well. On my first log at idle after letting it run for 10 minutes I got:

BARO 0.00
BATT 13.27
ISC 47
TPS 14.9
MAFS 25.16 HZ
RPM 750 (avg)
KNCK 0
INJP 2.82ms
TIMA 8.00

The second time at around 6k RPMs:

BARO 0.00
BATT 12.53
ISC 90
TPS 52.94
MAFS 1025.27 HZ
RPM 6250
KNCK 3
INJP 17.66
TIMA 18.00

The third time was idle after about 30 minutes of running:

BARO 0.00
BATT 13.27
ISC 50
TPS 15.69
MAFS 31.45 HZ
RPM 1062
KNCK 0
INJP 2.56
TIMA 14 - 17

If anyone also has any good links to tell me what these values should be let me know. It would not let me upload the pdb files. I can get links if necessary.

As a note this at 15 PSI and my specs are up to date. I have a MAFT gen 2 not installed yet though. I am waiting on a wideband to come in the mail.

3 different mafs and no change. As well as baro reading of zero. this would lead me to believe there is an issue with the wiring. Grab a multimeter and test for continuity from the maf pgtail to the ecu harness for the baro sensor.

Any idea which wires to test the baro sensor with? Or what the voltage levels should be?

You need to Test for Continuity as said... That is in lamens An unbroken electrical path in an electronic circuit or between two connections See HERE on how to do that test.

Next see HERE for the Pin out you need to test between the Harness of the ECU Pin 16 and the connector under hood Pin 7 Below attached is a pic of the pin out of it.

Wow great post! Thank you! I will test the connector when I get home after work and post my results.

Just fixed it!! I am so happy now! I measured continuity from the maf sensor plug to the ecu plug and there was continuity, so I was stumped for a second... Then I took apart the ECU and measured from the outside of the ECU plug to the inside part of the terminal on the board of the ECU. It was indeed not seeing a closed circuit. I wiggled it and put force on it and it started to close off and on. I took the plug off and tightened the inner pins on the plug, so they would hug the terminals more. I also cleaned them a bit. Retested continuity, and everything was ok. Looks like the Check engine light is gone and the logger sees 0.96 Bar.

Thank you!
