Nice call doing the timing belt first. The heater core should be serviceable from behind the glove box, but there is info on here to help with that.

Thanks, the colour nicely turns almost to blueish! Oh if I can do that without removing the dash that would be lovely! You happen to have experience with this exact case?

Not your exact setup, but I did pull the evaporator setup out when overhauling our ‘99 Spyder’s air conditioning. The firewall side had a hidden bolt underneath the AC connections. Maybe the heater core is further inside the duct work. Sorry, I don’t recall more.

Just take it step by step and you’ll do fine.
