There have been reports that ACT has started including Mitsubishi TOBs with their kits.

I bought a ACT 2100 kit with their sprung hub 6 puck disc. The ACT throw-out bearing came with this kit. I bought the Mitsubishi one because I didn't want to use the ACT one.

Mitsubishi part number is MD749998. The markings on it are 'NSK' and 'Japan'.
ACT part number is RB210. The markings on it are 'NACHI', 'Japan' and '48SCRN32K'.

Both of them have an inner plastic sleeve. The Mitsubishi TOB is lighter compared to the ACT unit. I'm not sure if ACT is just buying it from a different OEM provider in Japan than my local Mitsubishi dealer since both of them have 'Japan' on it.

Here are some pics (ACT on the left, Mitsubishi on the right). I hope this helps. Sorry about the crappy pics, it was taken from a 1.3 MP cell phone camera (I can't find my 4.0 MP camera).
