missing bolts

Hey, the bolts in my downpipe have backed all the way out and were lost. My question is where can I get new bolts for it and if there is a gasket or something I need to use when re-bolting it. Btw, its a stock downpipe if that matters. Thanks!

If i remember correctly, theyre 19mm nuts,
the gasket is available at mitsu or prbly most auto parts stores if yours in on a highway somewhere...
...or through a windshield and on a dashboard.
