miss firing.. 95 talon. jdm engine. help :/

Alright guys.. I am going to attempt to list EVERY important detail about the car.. and hopefully create a check list.. (with your help)..

I just received a 95 eagle talon tsi awd with a jdm engine swap in it.. the guy who had it before me spun a bearing and dropped this engine in it over 4 years ago.. he hooked up just the necessary things to see if it starts... and thats it. motor mounts aren't even bolted down.. . it does start, but it missfires and you can smell the unburnt gas.Anyway... here are a few things that i think you should know about it first..

the egr solenoid, evap solenoid and gas solenoid are not hooked up.. the vac lines are blocked off (two out of three solenoids have broken nipples on them. PS: is it possible to fix these? )

the turbo solenoid is not hooked up(this goes to the wastegate actuator, the turbo[not sure where on the stock turbo :S] and the air intake. this solenoid is good..

the wastegate actuator is not bolted to the turbo ... it is slightly waffled together and i am unsure if it works.. if you know how to test to see if it works, please let me know.

the vacuum boost for the breaks is pluged up on both ends(so no vacuum leak there)

spark plugs/wires

vacuum leak

solenoids not hooked up? (not sure if they are completely necessary to run

TIMING..... I am thinking given it is a jdm engine with a stock ecu.. the timing might be off..? How do i set the timing.. i was kind of reading up and it said something about a switch you hook to the ground? and tutorials on this?

Check your spark plugs and wires.Start simple and work your way up the ladder.& Don't bump your threads its against the rules.Someone will answer just give it time.
