Misfire, Rich, and No Rev

Starts up fine but misfires terrible and will usually idle steady around 600 but nothing but misfire. I'll list everything i've checked and replaced.
-plugs
-wires
-coil pack
-boost leaks
I think I checked more things I can't remember but I had a boost leak at an injector. I also noticed my tps was off maybe .01 while I was logging awhile back but I'm wondering if it's bad or not. This only started happening after I took my gm maf out and went back to stock maf. I might switch mafs to see if that helps but the car still runs like crap even if I unplug it. I'm really stumped at this point and need to fix it right away. Also it drops idle when you try to rev it so you basically just have to let it idle and that's it.

Did you accidentally pull a wire out of a connection? That's what my car was acting Like when a wire broke off. Like you said, I'd switch back and see if it still runs rough.
