I want to run more compression LOL. I want to make more power at lower boost levels. So I can utilize my big SMIC and be more efficient on a smaller turbo.

I will have a SAFC.. how far should I mill the head.. what compression do these cars come with stock?

a 2nd gen comes with 8:5:1 compression and some ppl would say that compression ratio is best for these cars, just slightly harder to tune around than the 1gs 7:8:1.
How much boost are you currently running, and your on stock timing and everything right?
Also what are your fuel mods? And what is your boost goals.

( I have 2g pistons in my 6bolt 1g engine, and the head is shaved a little and ported )

255pump, 450injectors for now..

no way of tuning it yet. I will have a logger by the time I get the head done and thrown on...

how far will I have to mill the head to get 9:1?

I'm not too sure about how far you would have to mill things, but why not just get some pistons? I mean when the time comes and you have to mill the deck or head to straighten them, you'd like to be able to. Mill it now, and later down the line you might be in trouble. Just something to think about.
