Hi I'm trying to solve the debate with tuning my car with an ipad. I have a jailbroken ipad and some say you can some say you can. Any help on letting me reach my happiness would be appreciated
So basically is what I'm asking is have anybody used an ipad to tune?

All of the tuning apps for MegaSquirt are for Android. There was one in development for iOS, but I haven't heard any news about it in a long time.

I have been emailing Jay for a while now, he is the one working on a way to tune MS with iOS devices (select ones at least). It is called bluetune, and the last I knew he hasn't really made any progress because he hasn't had time to work on it. You can sign up for updates at - blueTune | Jay Coggin

sell the ipad, buy 2 android tabs, keep one in the car for tuning

I have android tabled for my megasquirt.... I have one of the first plug and plays around

I also looked to use an iPad as well, but as stated above there really isn't a solution yet. I am using a HP Envy X2. I use it in 'laptop' mode for tuning and then 'tablet' mode for a gauge display.
