I've been following Juan Pablo Montoya since he was in F3000. Hence FORMONTOYA (I'm for Montoya).

I'm an aggressive driver that will put my car were I want to even if I have to push someone out of the way to get there. Plus if the car's not doing triple digits, then I'm not behind the wheel, same as JPM.

Fortunately I've not had near as many "offs" as Montoya, but remember, the same thing that saw him get a ride in F1 is the same thing that made him leave.

I've had the username since 1998, it's everywhere I go.

Big dogg is a nickname I picked up on the basketball court in high school. 28 is my favorite football players number (Marshall Faulk) and 34 is my favorite basketball players number when he was with the Lakers (Shaquille O'neal).

When I first got a computer when I was 13 I used to rip alot of music off CDs, I couldn't think of a cool name and then it hit me. "Ripper" I went by that forever untill over night all the sudden it became a common place name online.

My name is dan and a few years ago I had a Yamaha yz 250f, now it is a KX 250f so i used this name for rangerpowersports.com because I have a ranger. I kept it so I would not have to have different names. Also I didnt have a dsm at the time.

When I joined this site the only DSM I had ever driven was my aunt's 1g AWD TSi, hence the name. Here she is.

She's the second owner but the first only had it for 600 miles.

Now the money shots. The motor took a crap on her about 3 years ago, I tried to buy it from her and she said no and that I was gonna fix it in school. Well, I did more than fix it. Turned out she had two burned valves in cylinder #3. So we threw in a Ross/Eagle combo, removed the balance shafts, new valves, balanced rotating assembly, prothanes, and DNP manifold, bullseye exhaust housing, and turbo back exhaust.

We have already had the discussion that IF she ever gets rid of it or god forbid something happens to it, I get it and the parts. ;)
