March 19th WMDSM Meet

If the meet is in kalamazoo, then I'll probably go. Cruisers pub sounds like a good place to have it. I noticed on the other thread that a lot of people are looking for the MAF-T. I'm selling mine with custom made blow-thru piping. I have the box for sale along with the extended harness and sensor. I can bring the stuff to the meet if anyone is interested. I'm going with the AEM EMS this year so I wont be needing the MAF-T. It's only one year old.

Im not sure if I've meet any of you guys from the tooners crowd. I was on dsmtalk and we held the first kalamazoo meet at hooters around 2 years ago with Randy, Angelo, Luke, and Loki etc.

March 19th is perfect...I vote K-zoo, keep the rotation we had planned at the beginning going between the north side and south side

AJ, sounds cool with the cruizers place. Matt and I will check it out on Saturday during the "rejuvination of my car phase". If you can talk to the owner and see what can be worked out that would be sweet since we are going to have a crap-load of cars. If the parking is not sufficient there, we wil find a place down here in kzoo, there are plenty of them.

So March 19th, prob same time as the last meet, place TBD, but will be within the K-zoo area. The location will be determined no later than this upcoming Sunday.

Im also stoked to see this DVD Ian/Jessica are making, we need to get some more footage to slap on it to make it worthwhile to make...looks like some "cruizing" is going to be required

OK, so this is whats up: I went to Cruisers Pub earlier today with a couple friends to check it out and see if its a good place. This place is like a year old, really tight place and I talked to the owner(now that I think about it I forgot his name) and told him a few things about WMDSM and just some general shiet, and asked him if that would be cool with him to have a meet here. He was a really cool guy and was totally up for it, and told me that he is a sponser at the import night at Martin this summer. What was also cool was that he said that if we gave him a banner or something with the WMDSM logo on it, that he would put it up in the bar.
As for the location itself: There is definately enough parking; in front there is not much, but behind the resturant they hold car meets in the summer he said and the parking lot fits 400+ cars. The place is great, its a bar as well(I know people wanted to drink last time) has pool tables, and the food is good. Brandon and Matt, if you go check it out, call me first or stop by AutoZone like right next to Cruisers Pub,... I work til 2:30 on
Sat (tommorrow) so either stop into AZ or call me,I think either you or Matt have my number so hit me up .... I wanna eat there agian, it was good

As for you Yomani... I heard about your car... I bet it is slow. haha As for ballin, ill hand your ass TO you...

Ok, AJ from what your telling me this sounds like the ideal place. There is even and Autozone right next door if someones car breaks . So im assuming that everyone wouldnt have a problem with Cruisers Pub in Portage? Im totally for it and sounds like some other people are. But before I post the official information, I want to make sure it is all good with Brandon, Matt and, TJ. So you will all know no later than Sunday like Brandon says. The meet will also be around 3pm-4:30pm and will probably last until 6pm or 7pm. Then im not sure what you guys want to do after that. All this basketball talk has got me thinking, WMDSM basketball 3v3 basketball tournament! or at least something like that, im definitley looking to ballin it back up this summer.

So if anyone is against the Cruisers Pub idea let me know.

Detroit - Take I94 West to South Westnedge Ave. South, Cruisers Pub is about 3 miles off the highway on the righthand side of the road.

Grand Rapids - Take 131 South to I94 East to South Westnedge Ave. South, Cruisers Pub is about 3 miles off the highway on the righthand side of the road.

Well I'm down for making the trip on the 19th, but I thik that we should try to get all the GR guy togther so we can all roll down there togther and have some fun on 131

But do you guy in kzoo think there will be much to do after the meet, like going out and showing us around the area so to say with the BOV's saying HI to everyone around kzoo :laugh:


As for AJ well lets just see if you are good at ever driving (and GT4 don't count) or hooping. Don't tell me that my car is slow, showme that my car is slow. Oh one more thing if you talk about my red car to loudly then it might go tell the black car

Sounds good, just took the day off work. Also I think us GR people should all meet up at the mall or something (Rivertown) and we can go from there. Oh and hopefully I can hitch a ride with someone because I dont want to drive in my beater again and miss all the racing action not to mention get left behind .
