Ive been having a few problems and need some input.
I have had a idle control malfunction CEL for a little while. My rpms are usually above 1000 rpm now. When I push my clutch in the rpms do drop about 2 or 300. This light and bad idle seemed like it started last fall on some of the first cold days
I also am having a squeaking sound from my belt area. When I start up the car while the car is cold I get a loud long squeaking sound like a belt is slipping. After about 20 seconds or so it goes away but there is still a repetitive squeak, squeak, squeak sound. If I put quite a bit of belt dressing on it will stop the squeak, but it will come back. Hopefully it is not the tick of the crank hitting the sensor.
My clutch seems relatively soft compared to my z24, while it never gets stuck to the floor it doesnt come up real fast, and it feels like it catches a little about ¾ from the top. I have tested it going around a left corner and it still seems to work fine. I do think I might need a new clutch because after 1 or 2 hard launches it will slip quite a bit.

Also I do have a boost leak in my intake manifold gasket
Some questions . . .
Is the idle control malfunction CEL ever associated with crankwalk or could it be because of my boost leak?
Could that squeaking sound actually be the tick from the cranks sensor?
Do you think I just have a bad clutch or could this be a sign of crankwalk?
Any information would be helpful.
Thanks
Matt
Hopefully this makes sense, I got pissed when I had to write it over again
