Manual tire changer pros...can't get tire off of 1g swirlie rim

I have dry rotted tires with broken steel belts hanging out everywhere that I am trying to get off of my 1g swirlies. I had 2 large tire bars in there but could not turn them even with lots of lube and all of my weight. Beads are broken as well. I have been able to remove 205/50 16's off of other rims no problem. I have removed up to 18 tires and many other tires with no problems. These are 205/55 16's. Not sure what the problem is.

Are there other alternatives like a sawzall or something? I obviously don't care about the tires.

If you can't spin/pull the bead just pry it off and take little bits at a time with the tire spoons.

I have never messed with a tire spoon officially. I am using the Harbor Freight Manual Tire changer along with a mojo lever. I bent the bolt at the end of the lever and the HF one won't budge. I took your post as an acknowledgement that sometimes this crap happens. I pulled out the jigsaw and sawed all the way around the tires and then pried upwards again since I couldn't cut the steel at the bead with it.
