manual: drives fine in 1st, but won't move backwards, even in neutral

I went out to drive my car, I got in, shifted in to reverse, let the clutch up, started rolling backwards, pushed the clutch in to roll down my driveway (I have a very steep driveway so i usually just roll down it) and the wheels LOCKED my tires skidded and the car stopped moving entirely. I put it in first, it drove forward into my parking spot just fine, put it in neutral, won't move. will not roll/drive/move backwards at all.

whats going on here? what do i need to replace?

car is a 90 model talon tsi awd. mods in profile

Check all the bolts on the transmission. There's four. Are they tight?

Are your axles in all the way?

Do you have trans fluid in the transmission?

Hows the fluid in the rear end?

i can never have normal problems, in this case it was a good thing though.

jacked up the car, popped off the drivers side wheel, one of the bolts for the caliper bracket was MIA causing the bracket to bind to the rotor whenever i was rolling backwards and touched the brakes at all. new bolt cost me less than 5$

you guys can go on and delete this thread if you want, its not gonna do anything for anyone. shoulda been more through before i posted on the forum. my bad.
