Manual Boost Controller need some help

Should I follow this tutorial right here?

I dont know what a J pipe is so if this is wrong can some one please tell me how to hook this up because I have tried and tried

The J pipe is the pipe that bolts to your compressor outlet on your turbo, I didnt read the tutorial but I skimmed the pics and it looks correct.

its bent like a J letter it being hold by 2 12mm bolts...!!!
