So I Want To Put A 1g Throttle Body And Intake Manifold On My 2g Head What Will I Have To Modify To Put It On Or Is It Just Bolt Up .and Is It Worth It Please Help Any Info Will Help

This is a great deal of work and if I were you I would do this at the same time you do the timing belt. You are going to have to pull the 2G head and port match the head to match the 1G runners.

It will flow better, but you're going to want to have your head ported to match the ports, otherwise it'll create lots turbulence entering the head.

I Cant Just Swap Manifolds

NO. The inner diameter of the 1G manifold is larger than the inner diameter of the 2G intake runners and head.
the air would run into a huge wall/step before it entered the head, causing a lot of turbulence and backpressure.

The best thing you could do is just port match the 2g mani to the 1g TB.
Forget about the 1g mani for now
