Major electrical problems...please help my daily driver get back on the road

I'm going crazy here with what the problem could be with my car. Basically my car will not start at all. You can't even jump it. No click, no crank, no dash lights... nothing. A livewire grounded and messed up SOMETHING. The only thing that I noticed damaged was the alternator fuse. I replaced that but the car wouldn't start. The alternator is fine, I had that tested. The battery still has plenty of juice left in it. I replaced the ECU and the second oxygen sensor (it was ripped off and as a result created the live wire) Does anyone know what the problem could be? Ignition switch maybe? I doubt it's the starter. I'm just so frustrated and lost. Please help.

does your dome light come on???? do you have power to the ignition switch??? checked all relays and fuses??? man that must have sucked!!!! i had a wire ground out on my hood and burned a hole in my hood and blew most of my relays.

I have power to my reading lamps, and my door lights, and when I turn the key to the ON position it makes that beeping sound, if that helps at all.
