magnus 75mm throttle body

does anyone know if this is made by a different company than all the others out there?
does anyone know if it is as prone to failure as the bbk?
any weakpoints that anyone has found?
whatever else can be offered in way of info will be appreciated

I talked to marco about it. he told me that if I wanted to drive the car on the street not to use it. he said its kind of an all or nothign throttle response.he said the soft starts and easign it off teh line were extreamly difficult.
