i wanna buy a MAF Translator Kit and i don't know how it work. or what u have to replace.
one more Q. is this the same as safc or no.

The MAF Translator works by taking an input signal from the GM MAF and translating it into a scale identifiable by your stock ECU. If I remember correctly it is coverting a hotwire/ voltage signal into a Karmen vortex/ Hz or frequency signal which is what your stock MAS reads. If you get the MAFT specific for your car it will be a plug and play application with the exception of having to cut your intercooler piping to fit the MAF or buying an intake made for a MAF. It works very close to the same way as an SAFC as it modifies the signal coming in from the sensor to trick the ECU into adding more or less fuel. For example, the ECU is reading a voltage siganal from the MAF, you adjust your translator or SAFC to take out 10%, it then changes the voltage signal by 10% and in theory takes out 10% of the fuel that would normally be injected at that airflow. This is a very crude example/description but it gives you an idea.

Also just to let you know, your stock 2g MAS capable of metering a pretty good amount of power/airflow. Your mod list in your signature reads "not much" and if this is true you don't really need to be spending your money on a MAFT unless you just want to vent your blow-off valve.
