MAF Problem? I tried everything!

Hey guys, So I had a previous thread. It kind of died. No one else is replying but me but to avoid confusion, I'm gonna start a new one and I believe I've narrowed it down quite a bit.

To recap:

-Fresh GAS
-Fresh Plugs, BPR7ES .028" gapped
-Tried different PTUs
-Check spark plug wires for arching
-Did a boost leak to 25+psi
-No vacuum leaks on intake tube
-Checked compression, 150 all 4 (Little low but OK)


My mods:
- 6 Bolt
- 2g 609 MAF
- FIC 650
- Wally 190
- DSMLink V1

Additional Notes:
- Deadtime 210us
- Idle 850RPM set in Link
- Invert CAS
- TPS volts and % in check

When the car runs fine:

- Idles well around 850-900RPM
- Timing shows 5-8deg
- MAF ~40Hz, 0.28gm/rev


SYMPTONS

!!Rough IDLE and UNDER BOOST!!

Notes @ IDLE:

- Rough Idle around 550-650RPM
- MAF ~21Hz, 0.19gm/rev <- I believe this is important to notice!
- Timing at 13.1 steady

Notes @ BOOST:

- MAF Hz climbs to 500 around 3500RPM then drops to ~60hz once it gets into 5+psi boost <- I believe this is important to notice!
- Car boogs hard
- Showed an IAT error in LINK (only once though)

CAR DOES NOT RUN WITH MAF UNPLUGGED

!!!I ACQUIRED ANOTHER 609 MAF AND IT DID NO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!!!

However, with the new MAF, it actually idled correctly on 2nd startup attempt. I turned the car off, put the filter on and make sure I had no tools lying around, closed the hood and started her up again just to be pestered with the same damn problem.

- Rewired MAF ground (was 20Ohm, now 1.8Ohm)
- Pin 3&4 show their correct voltages (I believe it was pin 3&4)
- Connector seemed fine and rust free

First, those spark plugs are colder than stock. Stock are BPR6ES.

Secondly, did you set idle with your BISS screw before you upped it with LINK?

The biss will only effect idle, and I've ran the bpr7s in both my cars issue free, so doubtful about that. No dtcs other than the iats?

BPR7ES are fine, and no, I doubt the BISS will fix my problem

Ya, I also run BPR8ES also and no, no other DTCs than the IAT. Sometimes the MDP but thats because it gets overrun.

As I said tho, I leaning towards a MAF issue. PLease not the MAF readings UNDER BOOST. I state it falls once it reached around 500hz. So it's definitely related.
