I stripped the bolt that connects the curved control arm to the hub. My question is this... Can I just replace the nut and bolt or do I have to buy a new control arm?? thanks...

No, you can not just replace the ball joint on that arm. You will need a new replacement arm.

The one you linked to won't work because it is for the upper control arm.
