Lower idle inhot weather

it is so damn hot here in florida now, and i was noticeing when i was in drive through that my idle was at about 400-600 rpm (im guestimating) but its baout 2 knotched from where it usually idles at. Plus my vacuum levels kind got low too around 18 vac instead of the normal 20lbs vac so i foyu could help me come to ease about this thx.

definately fix your vacuum leak first of all. After that, check the BISS. (base idle set screw) Once you do those, post back and we'll see if it still idles bad.

it only does this when it is really really hot outside 92+

I would take a guess and say that your ISC might be the issue. Here is a how-to to test it, give it a shot: http://dmtalon.v8eaters.com/ISC.html

Do you have any vacuum leaks? If not, don't worry about the small drop in vacuum, its normal to be +-2 psi. Good luck!
