420A Lower Engine Mount Bolt Size

'98 N/T: I've been hearing a slight clanking noise during throttle since I bought the car (over 3 years!). Even after a fresh engine and trans it was still happening. I've finally chased down the source of the noise. It's the bolt that passes through the lower engine mount on the crossmember. Mine is too small. So I'm guessing at some point somebody put the wrong bolt in there. And the engine can rock back and forth too much.

I was wondering if anyone has this bolt and they could sell it to me, or if you could at least provide me with a part number for it so I could source one elsewhere. Worst case scenario I'll just wait on a DSM to get to the junkyard.

I'm glad I finally found the noise, let's hope I can find the solution.

Just do this mod. I did this years ago and haven’t had an issue.
