My car at idle(900rpm) has about -13psi and at OT about -11psi. I was wondering if this is normal or way off what it should be.

You should do both gaskets at the same time. The gasket in front of the TB could leak otherwise

Leak got fixed. Now the canister is leaking 
Time to delete it and hopefully thats all of the leaks
