I have a standard 97 GS-T with a 6 bolt block and 7 bolt head other than that everything else is bone stock!! My problem is anytime I turn it on (engine being warm or cold) it'll fire right up but idle low between 3-8 rpm's for maybe 2 to 3 minutes then will rev back up and run fine after that. I've read a few threads here and there on this site and tried a few things like my tps, o2 sensor, iac but I still have this problem, if there is anything else I can check to try and fix this I'd appreciate the help or input

I would adjust your biss properly first off (you ground a terminal on the fire wall witch will stop your isc from screwing with your idle when you do that it should set it to like
40-50 )
also you adjust your idle to Your desired idle (every cars different I do 800 rpm )
Just search how to do it on here

<--- this explains it better than I could

Bet your maxing out your isc to 120 which causes a lot of issues

It wouldn't hurt to check your ignition timing to with a timing light
