OK car is a auto 1g FMIC, 3inch gmmaf with cable, hx35 bolt on, v3 full, pump , injectors etc.... basic supporting mods for setup. cars on e85. Rest is stock , stock auto cams , etc...

Car is on 28psi and mafraw wont pass 26-- ish hrtz . load is around 1.9. airflow is 35 ish. Afr is good 11.8 entire pull pretty much . boost est is around 10 psi give or take LOWER than actual. Here is what we have done and tried to fix it.

Checked belt timing
CHecked Cas timing
Checked boost leaks
Changed turbo to a friends 20g that 100% worked and same results all around

Plan is to do a comp test today to make sure motor is still ok. Some other things i been reading is

One guy said his cas was 180 off . Could this cause these problems ?
Bad maf ?
Compression ?
Couple posts i have seen said a leaking intake manifold gasket would not really sound like a boost leak during the test but if you sprayed it with soap water it could bubble . Any truth to this ? and if so could this cause these low numbers.?
Stock auto cams that horrible were its just killing the setup ?

Just looking for anyone who might have a idea or have had these issues before and could help. Sorry if this post is a tad confusing im making a quick post on the way out the door to work LOL . Motor overall in car seems good but maybe im wrong idk.

The mafraw wont go above 26hz?? Thats extremely low. I mean, the lowest slider is 50hz iirc, been awhile since ive driven mine or tuned. You changed the setting in link to gm maf?

Well, if youre hitting target afr in DA table right? But boostest is 10 LOW. Ive never had a GM maf but i do know that around 3000khz on a 2g maf (mafraw) is in the neighborhood of 50lbs/min. It could possibly be the cams choking up top. Lets see a log. Thatll help

pretty much no knock very faint ,4 in some spots but that will be taken out when fine tuned. it SEEMS it was maf. put new maf on and raw went to 2800. load went to high 3s and airflow went up to upper 40s and touched 50 boost est went up to its almost dead on with actual now. still don't feel like it is as strong as it should be. it could need some cams now that things seem to be working.
