I tried the search, a few similar problems but no answers,

first of all, I just put a new ACT 2100 and XACT FLywheel in like 2-3 months ago, and I've had no problems until now,

This just happened to me this morning. I was pulling out of a parking lot onto a main road, and started accelerating. I put it into second gear and kept going, i got on it, hit boost, then the tranny threw the shifter out of second gear into neutral and I heard a loud bang under the hood. Then it kept clanging. I put it into third, accelerated a minute to get to a parking lot. I pulled over, and it kept making a bangin noise from the bell housing. When its in neutral, clutch disengaged it makes a loud nasty banging noise. When i push the clutch in, the noise goes away..........I tried to move the car in reverse, but it didnt want to budge so I quit messing with it. Its in a bank parking lot right now, while i figure out how to get it back to the house.........what the hell is going on?

i have the same problem but i have a 1g
i cant figure this out!
hey let me know what u find when u pull the trans
i pulled mine because i thought it was the throw out bearing
and it looked like the pressure plate scraped on the bell housing

get back to me
