Alright heres whats going on. Did a new head timing kit and water pump. Added evo III manifold and a t28 turbo. Everything seemed fine at idle. Went for a drive and everyting still seemed fine but after about 10 minutes I was doing a James BOnd smoke screen out the back. Plumes of white smoke with a hint of black. So I checked the licp and it dumped 2 qts of oil at me Blown turbo right. So I put the t25 back on which was working great before and had absolutetly no shaft play. Again seemed fine at and fine while driving but again after ten minutes smoke city. Pulled pipe and oil shot out but not as much this time. The oil is also coming out of the air filter and dripping toi the ground. Im lost on this one.

Are both breather and pcv valves properly routed? Dipstick popping out? Oil overfilled? Boost leak tested?

new pcv and breather hose is clear and on intake pipe. four and a half qts of 10w 30.

At this point I can not do a boost leak test cause my compressor died but my compression test shows 165 all the way across. But I dont know how a boost leak would get oil everywhere.

How about pressurizing the crankcase through pcv (even some new OEM ones still leaks) or valve seals causing turbo oil return capacity related issues.

The head was completely rebuilt by a reputable shop and pcv passed the blow and suck test.

Well if the smoke is white then your burning coolant somewhere, blue smoke is oil. As far as the oil in the LICP you should remove the hoses going to the intake and see if any oil is coming out of them.

Its not coolant Im not losing any colant. Oil just lots and lots of oil. qts of oil in iuntake system.

Check the oil return line for the turbo very closely. If it is even partially obstructed due to say RTV used to try and seal it to the pan or turbo it will cause oil to go past the turbo seals. If it is not this then it has to be the PCV. Turbos will not leak oil into the intake unless its one of these 2 things or if there is excessive shaft play and it has damaged the seals.

Thanks everyone for the help. It was the oil return line. Had a wad of sludge in it.
