looking for good performance shop in chicagoland area

I'm looking to get a new turbo and about 4,000 dollars in my motor. Does anyone know some good shops and less expensive one in the joliet or anywhere in chicagoland area? Lokking to make 300+ hp for 4,000 or less.

dont call me on this but i am pretty sure you can make 300 hp with less than 4g's but hey its ## money. and on the raceshop i live in sothern illinois and i just skimmed the yellow pages and found ONE..... i hate sothern illinois
