ok this is at idle, i have been using that guide but my ltft doesnt seem to be going down,
so to take fuel out do i move the safc settings + or -? im confuesed

WTF your confused about if + means add fuel or take fuel? wow, just WOW.

+ means add, - means subract, not hard to figure out. You're running 650's so your are going to be very rich. I'd suggest STARTING at -20% and working your way down further from there.

After you are taking away fuel are you taking it for a drive to see if the ltft changes, or are you sitting there staring at it expecting it to change instantaneously?

But yeah, by the sounds of it, i'd find someone in your area who knows what they're doing and get them to help you.
