logging off my ngk wideband kit(newbie?)

i have a ngk wideband kit, works great but i can't log off it,i contacte ngk and they said i can splice 2 wires and log off it, can i get a cheap logger and were.
im not to techy, so anyinfo will help.

Get a palm pilot and log it with MMCD. You can probably splice into the EGR temp pinout.

Nope, the SAFC doesn't allow you to log.

will the MMCD work on a non dsm, my buddy wants to use my wideband and log,he does not have a dsm, that were this ? is coming from.
