logger says MAF Ground Malf. but the book says Wastegate Solenoid

my data logger says the CEL p1104 is a "maf ground malfunction" but the book says its the "turbocharger wastegate solenoid" which one is it? where is the turbocharger wastegate solenoid?

p1104 is the CEL you get when you remove your BCS, hence the "turbo wastegate solenoid malfunction" description. I've had that since the 2nd hour I bought my car
