little to no vacuum pressure

my car (see other posts) has been having alot of probs lately (typical) and i have fixed most i hope anyways but its now accelerating faster but not as fast as it should be and it has little to know vacuum pressure like -4 to -5 psi. and its still revs up slow i checked all and replaced all my vacuum lines and all the Ts and Ys. in the lines still low vacuum pressure. has small 16g turbo 2g maf 2g manifold and it also has the 91 ecu but i switched the #6 and the #14 pins and flipped the tbs around. its a 90 gst

Check the throttle body adjustment ensure it isn't sticking or not closing all the way.

i think i know what your talking about im not sure so ima google it and ill get back to you when i find out

its not that any other ideas?
