Alright well first off the mods are:

Intake
UICP
1g BOV
MBC
Boost/Oil PSI Guage
2.5" Downpipe
3" Turbo Back
Walbro 190 Fuel Pump

Right now on order I have a set of 550 Injectors, a datalogger, and a s-afc. Also I already have a 14b ready to replace my T25.

Now my question is this- With my set up and everything, will I be able to do a good tune with a datalogger and S-AFC? I definately don't have the money to get dsmlink. Also I was wondering, when i put on 550s will I need to get a new FPR? Thanks for the help.

There's guys better qualified than me on this but here's my take.

You have the Walbro 190 and that should be ok with your present fuel pressure regulator.

Yes, you can tune with the S-AFC. Well, to a point. I'm hearing more and more about wide band o2 so that may be an option down the road.

Set it up, take the datalog readings and adjust the S-AFC accordingly.

Good Luck

I agree. You'll be able to, but at some point you'll be chasing your tail with the AFC. By subtracting airflow to fool the ECU into thinking that you have stock injectors, you'll be adding more timing. This will likely run you into knock and you'll either need to add fuel back in or you'll need to back down the boost.

You'll come to find that the AFC will fix one issue, but sometimes bring up another one in that regard. A much better option for the same cost would be an EPROM ECU with a Keydiver chip containing custom timing and A/F maps. It's all I use and I'm plenty fast for my small mod list.

Hope that helps,

Andy

P.S. Your Walbro 190 can take you well into the 11's, so that was a good choice. While there will be minor overrun with the stock FPR, it's not as bad as it would be with the 255.

Its only 550's. Mine is running just fine with only an AFC. You shouldn't have to take out a stupid amount of fuel, so you shouldn't have to worry about the timing issues. But then again I'm running 20psi...

If you're worried, leave the 550's out until you really need them.
