Howdy,
My 1992 AWD 1G DSM has:
Small 16G turbo
EVO 3 manifold
3 inch turbo back exhaust
Walbro fuel pump
PCV catch can
K&N stock replacement filter
VDO boost gauge
unmolested non-eprom ECU
CFDF clutch
aluminum flywheel
All of the "free" tricks have been done to the intercooler and intake.
On the shelf, I have an ETG and some 550cc injectors.
To make use of these last two things, I know I'll need the AFC, but that will come later
The big money question is: with all of the above, how much crank horse power can I SAFELY extract with the stock intercooler on 93 octane fuel?
Things to keep in mind: I don't want to break lots of drivetrain parts, so my horsepower limit is 330hp. Also, I'm a marginal tuner
