No, not really, but I just did a hard pipe install on my buddies car, I had some HKS uicp laying around and put them on his car. Well while trying to tune his AFC, we hit 25 psi and it blew off. He thought he blew his engine up, I was laughing at him because I knew better.

Yes and No. My girfriend since 10th grade is now my wife, but she beat my 90 Laser RS(A/T. N/A) With her 90 Mazda 626, the low end torque on those things are decent for a 4 cyl.
