This leak have been kicking my ass for some time now. I replaced the ISC and the O-Ring last week directly from these guys DSMISC Automotive (New ISC Supplier) I noticed that the ISC port on the throttleBody have a small machined like grove. Does everyone elses look like this? Its exactly where the leak is coming from but by the look of where everything is, the o-ring is suppose to stop air before getting to the grove part. I have a pic explaining where I'm talking about (the screaw driver is pointing to it). I've done BLT with soapy water, this is how I know exactly where on the port is leaking.

Thanks so much for your reply. I've been fighting with this thing for too long, the surface feels smooth I dont feel any nicks or notches...I've also read another post where the guy put the o-ring in the freezer to contract it. I might buy an extra o-ring and keep it in the freezer over night to see if maybe that may help. The new o-ring wasn't exactly snug when I put it on.

GO to napa and buy some aircraft rtv. It doesnt harden line silicone does it stays goopy and then tachs up a little bit. It works really good for little problems such as this one. Its made by perma-tex and about 8.99 for the container of it. Real usefun stuff for dsm'ers especially for oil pan gaskets! :thumb: Once again good luck. PM me if you need anything else

Thanks for the reply but because I have had bad experiences with RTV and my old ISC I'm a little reluctant go that route, but I see that you're saying it doesn't harden up like the other stuff so I shouldn't be worried. So here's what I'll do.....try the freezer trick first, if that doesn't work I'll go the air craft RTV stuff. I'm going to buy it anyway because I'm having another leak issue but this is with oil coming from the CAS another PITA, cost me a coolant hose.

UPDATE: I ordered a new O-ring from the dealer put it in the freezer sat night, installed sun afternoon. Oh, I rubbed some oil from the dipstick on it.

Also about the leaking on the CAS, thats fixed as well. I had to RTV the "Head" side of the CAS. I'll post the Link when I find it.
