my dam injector's upper oring is leaking gasoline all over my intake manifold....iv replaced all the rings several times but cant seem to get them to seal.....i think its because my fuel rail isnt putting enough pressure on the seals but its as tight as its gonna get....what can i do to fix this?

It's a long shot, but you might want to check out the fuel rails condition as well. Good luck:thumb:

So you've taken your fuel rail off and test fitted the injector in there? How's the fit? Would the fuel injector simply fall out? You're using all 3 of the fuel rail bolts? Are your spacers in? (I know my middle one isn't it fell :|) LOL

Yeah those spacers are a PITA so make sure they are fitting correctly, I actually had to finagle my rail and injectors for like 30 minutes until they were on there and seating well...didn't help that it was dark outside I guess...

ya i know a good amount about these car and i already changed the fuel rail, o-rings, spacers and made sure that everything was put together correctly....i fixed the problem but i ended up finding out that the leaky injector had a broken upper o-ring (smallest one up top) and replaced that and used a little bit of sylicone and its been ok for now....but im still leaking alot of air though the injectors....for some reason they are not sealing like they should...i dont know why....should i try shaving the spacers down and getting shorter bolts to seal it up better??

you could shave down the spacers slightly, you don't need to shave the bolts down, just put a washer, that way you don't mess up the threads

If you have an air leak at the bottom of the injectors, it is likely that the lower seals have hardened and or cracked. If they are new as well, then there is something weird about your installation, as all the normal DSM injectors are the same length. It shouldn't require modification of the fuel rail or spacers for this to work, when I've seen the uppers leaking it is almost always from the person pushing the injectors in the fuel rail DRY. The excessive friction of the dry rubber on the bare aluminum rail rolls the oring out of its groove and nicks it if it is forced into the hole. Use a little grease on the orings and the nose of the injector so they slide in easily. Final comment is if you are in a jam and need new lower seals, 5/16" fuel hose work perfectly. Cut to legnth and grind ends flat. If you do this, you can make them as long as will fit, to tighten up the legnth issue you think you are having.

thats a good idea thanks....i fixed the problem i pulled out the spacers and repaced them with a few washers each seems to be fine and i found out the lower oring leak i thought i had was actually coming from the intake manifold gasket right under that injector so im gonna quick fix it with some epoxy since im getting a new intake mani in a month or so.
